✅ Exchange Eligibility

• Wrong product recieved- If you receive an incorrect product, you can request an exchange.
• Defective product- If the product is genuinely damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it after verification.
• Size Issue – If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size (once per product only).

📦 Return & Exchange Terms

• Exchange or return requests must be raised within 3–4 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Only one exchange per product is allowed.
• Items bought in SALE, are not eligible for EXCHANGE AND RETURN. kindly, check you sizing before ordering.
• Exchanges will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and verified.
• Refunds are offered only in case of wrong or defective products.
• In case of a return, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

2. Share your Order ID along with clear images of the product and the issue.
3. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
4. For approved refunds, amount will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
